We are a couple of dads that wear many hats. We work, are dads, husbands and several other things from time to time. During these crazy times our normal has changed. We are working dads from home, learning a new normal. As each of us adjust and cope with all that is going on, we wanted to bring you a podcast that shares our stories, has a little fun, talk some business, and everything in between. We are two dads who love our kids, outkicked our coverage with our wives, run businesses and are involved in our community. This podcast will take all kinds of turns and we look forward to you joining us.

Brad Olecki

Brad is the CEO and Founding Partner of Trenches Sports and Entertainment with offices in Atlanta. He lives in Smyrna, GA with his wife, Margaret Anne and two boys, ages 8 and 6. A graduate from Morehead State University with a Bachelor Degree in business administration with an emphasis and marketing. Brad was a member and team captain on the Morehead State Eagles Football Team and loves sports and scouts with his boys and traveling with his wife.

Andres Sandate

Andres Sandate and is wife Heidi live in Smyrna, GA and have three children, ages 8, 5, and 3. Andres is a Partner at Cygnus Capital, a real estate private equity firm in Atlanta, GA. Born and raised in Newton, KS, Andres graduated from The University of Kansas with a BS in Business Administration and an MBA.

Anne Gaskins

Anne Gaskins grew up in Marietta, Georgia along with her 3 sisters and parents. She went to Clemson University to receive a degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Brand Communications and Sports Marketing. She moved to Atlanta after graduation and has been working for Brad’s company ever since. Anne is very active in her community being the President of Clemson Young Alumni Association, Commissioner of a Flag-Football League, and is the producer for BizDads.
